A basic neat and clean two bedroom 1920's style house right near the Launceston General Hospital and a large park with playground. Will suit the budget traveler, who likes comfort and privacy.
The house is also on the bus route into the city centre but you can walk there in 15 minutes.
The house has one queen bed and two singles, there is one bathroom with shower over the bath.
Polished wooden floors, tiled bathroom, clean and comfortable, fully equipped eat in kitchen, lounge room with electric heating ducted to the kitchen. Bedrooms also have panel heating.
All linen is supplied. doonas, sheets, pillows, towels.
*It is possible to make up an extra bed on the sofa if you have an extra small child.
The Coles supermarket is a 5 minute walk. Cafes,hotels, fresh seafood supply are all nearby, just a few minutes walk.
This would make an ideal base for anyone wanting to explore Launceston and the surrounds for a few days, or those looking to relocate - needing a base for a few weeks to get organised. Also perfect for those needing to be close to the hospital for a while.

The hot water was hot and had good pressure. The heating into the kitchen is lovely and warm and the panel heaters in the bedrooms worked well. So along with electric blankets provided it was possible to stay warm and cosy."
